Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients with check-in, appointment scheduling, and inquiries.

Manage daily front desk operations, including phone calls, emails, and payments.

Ensure a seamless patient experience by coordinating with medical staff.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.

Handle minor issues and escalate concerns as needed.

Requirements:
